Cell phoneThe Milwaukee County Zoo has launched its official phone app! Our app will help you plan your visit, make the best use of your time and navigate through our 190-acre grounds. It's available at the Google Play store and on iTunes.

Pardon Our Dust: Hippo Happenings!
As we begin renovation for a new Underwater Hippo Habitat (opens June 2020), our resident hippos, Happy and Patti, are visible indoors. Happy has access outside, into the former Elephant Habitat. Red river hogs, Mango and Radish, will be off exhibit for the duration of the project. However, Mango can be seen when the Wild Connections “Hooray for Hooves” tour is offered. We apologize for any inconvenience.

In response to the devastating Australian bushfires, Zoos Victoria has established a Bushfire Emergency Wildlife Fund. All funds will be used for critical care and long-term recovery of Australian wildlife. MCZ is donating a sum of money to directly assist with the Zoos Victoria emergency fund.
